Biathlon Programs Print E-mail

The sport of biathalon combines two skills: ski endurance and rifle marksmanship.  It also teaches firearm safety along with skiing and shooting skills.  We have the following lessons for a variety of ages and abilities:

  • Biathlon Juniors – A program for ages 8-12 from 11:30am-12:30pm Saturdays.
  • Biathlon Seniors – A program for experienced 13-19 year olds and adults from 7-8:30pm Wednesdays and 12:30-2pm Saturdays.
  • Biathlon Adults – A program for adults on Wednesdays from 7-9pm.
Fees for the 2008/2009 junior and adult biathlon programs are $100 for the season. Additional fees may apply depending on program needs.   Coaches:  Darren Keith (873-2005) or Ella Mawdsley

The biathlon season has begun.  The program schedule will be continually developed.  Watch this calendar for changes and new information. Check out the general Club calendar for other events too!
